Pro-Tip: Assemble the chair on a soft surface, like a rug or the cardboard shipping box, to avoid scratching the premium leather.

01 Base & Caster Assembly

Attach Casters: Push the 50mm PU silent casters firmly into the slots of the 665mm aluminum alloy wheelbase until click-locked.

Insert Piston: Place the wheelbase flat on the floor. Drop the Class 4 gas lift piston directly into the center hole, then slip the three-stage protective sleeves over the top.

02 Seat Mechanism Attachment

Mount Armrests: Secure the 4D electroplated magnetic armrests to the bottom of the seat base. Note: Ensure the glossy adjustment button faces toward the front side of the seat.

Install Lumbar Lever: Fasten the lumbar support adjustment lever using the included Phillips screws.

Secure Frog Mechanism: Align the heavy-duty frog-shaped tilt mechanism over the pre-drilled holes on the seat base. Thread the M8 screws finger-tight first, then tighten them completely in a cross-pattern using your T-handle wrench.

03 Connect Backrest & Seat

Drop Seat onto Base: Lift the assembled seat unit and lower the central frog mechanism opening directly over the gas lift piston. Press down firmly to seat it.

Align Backrest: Guide the seat backrest between the two upright metal brackets attached to the seat base.

Secure Hardware: Thread and tighten the Allen key screws on both the left and right sides evenly to ensure the backrest stays perfectly straight.

04 Magnetic Finishing Touches

Snap Side Covers: Align the sleek magnetic tilt mechanism side covers to the metal rails. They will snap right into place without screws.

Place Pillows: Snap on your dual magnetic head pillow and fine-tune your integrated lumbar support to match your spine's natural curve.

Important: Due to the heavy distributed load capacity and solid steel-reinforced MDF frame, two people are required to safely lift and flip this desk setup.

01 Motorized Leg Columns & Base

Position Desktop: Place the premium desktop surface face down on a clean, flat floor.

Mount Leg Units: Position the previously assembled motorized leg column unit flat onto the desktop frame.

Secure Feet: Fasten the feet unit firmly using three M6 screws on each side, plus two additional structural screws across the center section.

02 Control Unit Integration

Choose Side: Decide whether you prefer your digital memory control interface on the left or right side of the desk front.

Mount Controller: Secure the desk control unit into place using two Phillips screws.

Run Leg Extension: Use the included motorized leg extension cord to connect the opposite, far-side motorized leg column safely back to the master control unit.

03 Structured Cable Management

First Cable Tray: Align the primary built-in cable tray over its designated mounting points and secure it down with four M6 screws.

Route Electrical Cords: Cleanly route the motor leg power cables through the designated routing pass-through hole directly into the main control module box.

Secondary Cable Tray: Position the secondary cable concealment tray over the main wiring channel and fasten it with four Phillips screws. Plug the main power adapter brick straight into the control unit slot.

04 Desktop Finalization

Two-Person Flip: With one person positioned on each side of the desk, firmly grasp the heavy leg base and lift/flip the desk assembly onto its feet in one smooth motion.

Slide LED Light Strip: Install your custom reactive ambient lighting ecosystem by simply sliding the two smart LED bars straight into the integrated desk slots.

Lay Mat Ecosystem: Roll out your custom-fit magnetic leather desk mat across the desktop. Note: If the mat shows minor wrinkling right out of the box, these naturally flatten out within a brief period of room-temperature exposure.
